Given the price tag, these residences will no doubt be lavish and high quality. Among the amenities are spa-like bathrooms, polished cast black glass, open concept kitchens, designer finishes, and much more.
The location alone makes 300 Collins well worth the price. Situated just a short walk from the beach, it is within walking distance of a vast array of fine dining, shopping, and entertainment. Few other condos will put you so close to all the action.
