An Early Look at One of the Newest Pre-Construction Condo in Miami Beach
March 27, 2015There is never a dull moment in Miami Beach Luxury Real Estate, which is not only offers a diverse and vibrant selection at the present time, but is constantly changing and expanding with the latest in architectural and lifestyle innovation.
The newest addition to this exciting market will replace the old Morris Lapidus-designed Biltmore Terrace, located at 87th Street and Collins Ave. The building was demolished earlier this year to make way for an as-yet-unnamed boutique condo being designed by the renowned Renzo Piano.
Developers Terra Group, which has a storied reputation for chic condos, has released plans showing a sleek, pill-shaped building bearing a distinct minimalist style. It will be 17 stories and offer only 64 ultra luxurious units, making it highly exclusive. Landscaping will be done by another reputable icon in real estate, West 8.
A private garden with accentuate the wide views of the North Shore Park, giving the feel of living in a tranquil tropical oasis. There will be a pool overlooking the ocean, parking spaces completely underground (to reserve space for more greenery and amenities), and even a hidden utility garage, which will keep the ambiance quiet and aesthetic.
Such a meticulous attention to detail and design sense speaks to the quality and luxury that can be expected from this fabulous new entrant to Miami Beach real estate. Though the iconic Biltmore Terrace will be big shoes to fill, even these early reports suggest this will not be difficult.
