New 51-Story Condo Towers Coming to Sunny IslesOctober 1, 2014
Lovers of Sunny Isles Luxury Real Estate will be excited to know that there will be yet another stunning tower that will make its way to the area. According to The Miami Herald, city commissioners approved Palazzo Di Acqualina, a proposed condominium that will rise 51 stories, making it one of the tallest towers in the area and the city.
The dual tower design will feature 95 units per tower; because the towers received special permission that will allow it to have hundreds fewer units than traditionally in a tower of its size, it will be one of the most private towers of its kind. In between the two towers will be a three story villa with resort amenities that include a pool, health club with spa and restaurants.
With only two units per floor, it offers a unique level of seclusion and will be easy for prospective buyers to combine units should they wish to occupy the whole floor. But these units don’t come cheap: with prices expected to fetch for at least $8 million each, these will be amongst the priciest Pre-Construction Condos in Miami and Sunny Isles.
Project developer Jules Trump has already made a name for himself with two other esteemed properties: Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach, located on 17875 Collins Ave, and the Mansions at Acqualina, on 17749 Collins Ave. Each have become some of the most coveted addresses in the area, and with this being the third Acqualina property in a two block radius, this area may very well become the ritziest in all of South Florida – and that is saying something!
