Residences by Armani/Casa Given Approval by Sunny Isles Officials
May 4, 2015One of the hottest new Pre Construction Condos in Sunny Isles Beach has passed its final hurdle for approval: according to The Miami Herald, the 56-story Residences by Armani/Casa has been approved by city commissioners, following an agreement that the high-rise will not block the views of resident in neighboring Ocean III.
Occupying a prime oceanfront location on 18975 Collins Avenue, the project will remain within local building codes, bettering its chances of meeting the scheduled opening in late 2016. Pre-sales will no doubt remain as bullish as ever.
A collaborative effort between two titans of real estate, Gezer Development and The Related Group, Armani/Casa will offer 308 residences, a 600-car parking garage, a 30-foot beachfront promenade, a private residents’ restaurant, a spa and fitness center, three floors of private cabanas, and much more.
World renowned architect Cesar Pelli, responsible for such visionary buildings as Kuala Lumpur’s Petronas Towers, will lend his characteristically sleek but functional style to this building. Armani’s acclaimed interior design division, known for its recent work at the Burj Khalifa, will handle the interiors of every unit, ensuring impeccable quality.
Floorplans will range from two to four bedroom layouts, including two-bedroom oceanfront plans and four-bedroom flow-through east-to-west plans. With sizes starting at 1,350 sq. ft. and surpassing 3,700 sq. ft., these will be among the largest condos on the market. No wonder prices are starting at $1.35 million, upwards of $5.6 million.
