Wynwood Arcade Has Just Started Leasing Space

One of the largest commercial developments in Wynwood has already begun leasing space, according to an article in The Miami Herald. The price per square foot is $50.
Wynwood Arcade is a pre-construction retail and restaurant complex spanning 20,000 square feet that is located at 74 NW 24th Street. In addition to its central location, the project will be adjacent to Panther Coffee, a café that is something of a local icon.
The building began construction last week and is slated for completion before the end of this year.
This latest addition to Wynwood’s vibrant commercial landscape is being undertaken by East End Capital, a firm based in New York City. Its founder, Jonathon Yormak, said of this project:
“When we decided to come to Miami, Wynwood was our first choice. For us, Wynwood is that perfect mix of art, design and retail. We foresee great changes and excited to be at the forefront of it.”
